Care

The end of life  care and support aspect refer to planning for the personal care and support people receive in the late stage of life. In terms of caregiving, individuals in the late stage may choose palliative care and other social prescription if they no longer wish to receive invasive treatments. They can also opt for support from community networks to carry out either home-based care or Residential Care Home-based care.
