Care

This community hospice care project is a pilot project funded by the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Foundation. It aims to establish a holistic community hospice care service model through cross-sector collaboration and community mobilization to improve the quality of life of patients with terminal illnesses, allowing them to live with dignity and meaning. 

The services include symptom relief, support for carers and home care, personal and family counseling service etc.
