"YOLO End of life Support Services" is dedicated to providing comprehensive community care for 60 years old or above terminally ill patients and their families who live in Kowloon Central (Yau Tsim Mong, Kowloon City, and Wong Tai Sin districts) to support patients staying at home as their preferred place of care. The goal is to help them experience peace of mind and the warmth of home in facing the life challenge. Even in their final days, patients can receive care according to their wishes and enjoy a quality life at home with their loved ones, bringing a sense of fulfillment to their life journey.
The program also promotes the concept of a “good death” through public education, raising awareness of end-of-life care, encouraging the discussion of advance care plans, and offering online platform to facilitate communication between terminal patients and their families to ensuring dignity and compassion at life’s end.
